Available Programs:
Ages: 5yrs – 13 yrs.
Our flagship signature program offers individual players the chance to learn, play, and grow in a supportive environment. Focused on fun and foundational skills, this program is perfect for players of all experience levels who want to build friendships and enjoy the game. Using the UA RISE rulebook. Players can have one friend request. No full teams or large friend groups.
Ages: 14yrs – 17yrs.
Ready to take it to the next level? UA NEXT is for teams and free agents seeking competitive play. Whether you’re a full team looking to compete or an individual experienced player wanting to push yourself in a high-level league, this is where growth and competition collide. Using the Football Canada rulebook. Full/Partial teams and friend groups welcome.

An all-girls league offering an inclusive environment for players to develop their skills and build confidence. Whether they’re just starting out or already experienced, UA GIRLS creates a space for athletes to shine and grow together. Using the Football Canada rulebook. Friend requests welcome!

Sunday Mornings
September 7 - October 26
11 AM - 1 PM
Practice + Game: Each session includes a quick practice followed by a game - all in one time slot. No extra trips! Kids warm up, learn skills, then jump right into play

All divisions follow Football Ontario’s non-contact football roster age guidelines.
Rise Divisions (Intro & House League Level)
• Rise U8 – Birth Years: 2018 / 2019 / 2020
• Rise U10 – Birth Years: 2016 / 2017
• Rise U12 – Birth Years: 2014 / 2015
• Rise U14 – Birth Years: 2012 / 2013
Next Divisions (Rep Development Level)
• Next U12 – Birth Years: 2014 / 2015
• Next U14 – Birth Years: 2012 / 2013
• Next U16 – Birth Years: 2010 / 2011
• Next U18 – Birth Years: 2008 / 2009
League Format
• Eight game season including playoffs and consolation games
• RISE: 6v6 format on 25 x 50 yd field (UA RISE Rules)
• NEXT/GIRLS: 5v5 format on 25 x 60 field (Football Canada Rules)
• 8-10 player rosters so everyone plays every game
• Team practice will be conducted on gameday – perfect for multi-sport athletes
• No tryouts or drafts – rosters are formed by friend or coach requests; single players are placed on teams with similar schools or neighbourhoods
• All coaches are volunteers
Registration Fees:
Base Registration Fee: $275 + HST
Early Bird Registration Discount: $25 + HST (Ends June 30 @ 11:59pm)
Late Registration Charge: $25 + HST (Effective July 31 @ 11:59pm)
Siblings receive a $15 discount. The 1st Child is at Full Price with the 2nd and additional children receive the discount. It will be applied automatically within the registration platform.
All refund requests must be submitted by email to your League Commissioner.
• Full refund if requested before uniforms are ordered (4 weeks before kickoff).
• Half refund (50%) if requested after uniforms are ordered but before the first game.
• No refunds after the first game has been played.
Season canceled?
• If canceled before the 4th game: 50% refund.
• If canceled after the 4th game: No refund.
Banking and service fees are non-refundable.
