Our flagship signature program offers individual players the chance to learn, play, and grow in a supportive environment. Focused on fun and foundational skills, this program is perfect for players of all experience levels who want to build friendships and enjoy the game.
Ages: 8yrs – 17yrs.
Ready to take it to the next level? UA NEXT is for teams and free agents seeking competitive play. Whether you’re a full team looking to compete or an individual experienced player wanting to push yourself in a high-level league, this is where growth and competition collide. Using the Football Canada rulebook. Full/Partial teams and friend groups welcome.
Ages: 13 yrs – 17yrs.
An all-girls league offering an inclusive environment for players to develop their skills and build confidence. Whether they’re just starting out or already experienced, UA GIRLS creates a space for athletes to shine and grow together. Using the Football Canada rulebook. Friend requests welcome.

Practice + Game: Each session includes a quick practice followed by a game - all in one time slot. No extra trips! Kids warm up, learn skills, then jump right into play.

All divisions follow Football Ontario’s non-contact football roster age guidelines.
Rise Divisions (Intro & House League Level)
• Rise U8 – Birth Years: 2019 / 2020 / 2021
• Rise U10 – Birth Years: 2017 / 2018
• Rise U12 – Birth Years: 2015 / 2016
• Rise U14 – Birth Years: 2013 / 2014
Next Divisions (Rep Development Level)
• Next U10 – Birth Years: 2017 / 2018
• Next U12 – Birth Years: 2015 / 2016
• Next U14 – Birth Years: 2013 / 2014
• Next U16 – Birth Years: 2011 / 2012
Girls Divisions
• Girls Junior (Jr) – Birth Years: 2013 / 2014 / 2015
• Girls Senior (Sr) – Birth Years: 2009 / 2010 / 2011 / 2012
League Format
• Eight game season including playoffs and consolation games
• RISE: 5v5 format on 25 x 50 yd field (Football Canada Rules)
• NEXT/GIRLS: 5v5 format on 25 x 60 field (Football Canada Rules)
• 8-10 player rosters so everyone plays every game
• Team practice will be conducted on gameday – perfect for multi-sport athletes
• Rosters are formed by friend or coach requests; single players are placed on teams with similar schools or neighbourhoods
• All coaches are volunteers
Registration Fees:
Base Registration Fee: $315 + HST
Early Bird Registration Discount: $25 (Ends Jan 15 @ 11:59pm)
Late Registration Charge: $25 (Effective April 1 @ 12:01am)
Siblings receive a $15 discount. The 1st Child is at Full Price with the 2nd and additional children receive the discount. It will be applied automatically within the registration platform.
We at UA Rise Flag Football offer the following refunds within these specific timelines. All refund requests must be submitted by email to your League Commissioner.
- FULL or 100% registration fee refund, if requested before uniforms, are ordered for the league which occurs 4 weeks prior to kickoff. Banking and Service Fees are Non-Refundable
- HALF or 50% registration fee refund, if requested after uniforms, are ordered and prior to the 1st game of the season. Banking and Service Fees are Non-Refundable
- NO REFUND request was submitted and processed after the 1st game of the season
- In the event that the UA Rise Flag Football season is cancelled prior to the 4th game of the season due to an unforeseen event such as a COVID-19 outbreak, then a HALF or 50% registration fee refund will be processed. If the season is cancelled after the 4th game of the season due to an unforeseen event such as a COVID-19 outbreak, NO REFUND will be processed.
