Yes - in fact, we encourage it! Advanced players can take on leadership and mentoring roles, helping Rise players improve while reinforcing their own skills.

Flag football is more than just one of the fastest-growing youth sports in Canada and across North America - it’s a community built around teamwork, energy, and a shared love for the game.
It offers all the excitement and strategy of football in a safe, inclusive, and fast-paced format, giving every athlete.
All players will receive an Under Armour jersey. Players also need to bring their own shorts (with no pockets) for games, and their own mouthguard. We encourage players to wear cleats for better traction and performance.
Refunds are available if requested before the season begins, though processing fees may apply. Once the season starts, refunds are typically not provided, except for medical or extenuating circumstances. For further details or to request a refund, please contact our support team at hello@uaflag.ca
