- Milton and North Halton athletes will play in North Halton at Kiwanis Field, 70 Guelph St.
This combined format allows for stronger divisions, more balanced competition and a better overall experience for every athlete.

ROOTS is our introductory flag football program designed for young athletes taking their first steps in sport. Through fun, play-based sessions, athletes build coordination, confidence, and a love for the game in a supportive environment led by certified coaches and UA Flag Elite mentors.

Ready to take it to the next level? UA NEXT is for teams and athletes seeking competitive play. Whether you’re a full team looking to compete in a high intensity league, or an individual experienced player wanting to push yourself against top notch athletes, this is where growth and competition collide. Full/Partial teams and friend groups are welcome!

Whether they're brand-new to the sport or already an athlete, our all-girls league fosters growth, friendships, and plenty of fun. Friday Evenings
Program Time Window: Games and practices will be scheduled anytime between 6 PM and 11 PM. Your specific time slot will be assigned before the season begins.
We are excited to welcome your family to the combined Milton/North Halton Fall 2026 league. All sessions will run on Fridays at Kiwanis Football Field in North Halton.
Season outline:
• Welcome and introduction week: Friday, September 4, 2026
• Regular season: Fridays from September 11, 2026 through October 23, 2026
• Local championship day: Friday, October 30, 2026

All divisions follow Football Ontario’s non-contact football roster age guidelines.

• Rise U8 – Birth Years: 2019 / 2020 / 2021
Rise Divisions (Intro & House League Level)
• Rise U10 – Birth Years: 2017 / 2018
• Rise U12 – Birth Years: 2015 / 2016
• Rise U14 – Birth Years: 2013 / 2014
Next Divisions (Rep Development Level)
• Next U12 – Birth Years: 2015 / 2016
• Next U14 – Birth Years: 2013 / 2014
• Next U16 – Birth Years: 2011 / 2012
• Next U18 – Birth Years: 2009 / 2010
Girls Divisions
• Girls Junior (Jr) – Birth Years: 2013 / 2014 / 2015

League Format
• Eight game season including playoffs and consolation games
• RISE: 5v5 format on 25 x 50 yd field (Football Canada Rules)
• NEXT/GIRLS: 5v5 format on 25 x 60 field (Football Canada Rules)
• 8-10 player rosters so everyone plays every game
• Team practice will be conducted on gameday – perfect for multi-sport athletes
• Rosters are formed by friend or coach requests; single players are placed on teams with similar schools or neighbourhoods
• All coaches are volunteers
Registration Fees:
Base Registration Fee: $250 + HST
Early Bird Registration Discount: $25 (Ends June 30 @ 11:59pm)
Late Registration Charge: $25 (Effective August 1 @ 12:00am)
Siblings receive a $15 discount. The 1st Child is at Full Price with the 2nd and additional children receive the discount. It will be applied automatically within the registration platform.
All refund requests must be submitted by email to your League Commissioner.
• Full refund of registration fees if requested before uniforms are ordered (4 weeks before kickoff).
• 50% refund of registration fees if requested after uniforms are ordered but before the first session.
• No refunds after the first session.
Season canceled?
• If canceled before the 4th game: 50% refund.
• If canceled after the 4th game: No refund.
Banking and service fees are non-refundable.
