Available Programs:
Ages: 7yrs – 13 yrs.
Play in our flagship league: a supportive, fun-filled atmosphere where players of all levels can learn, compete, and make new friends! Whether they’re seasoned athletes or just starting out, kids will benefit from a focus on foundational skills, fair play, and positive growth. Each player can invite one friend on their team, creating the perfect setting to build genuine connections while sharing the excitement of the game. Rise up with RISE flag football!
Ages: 11yrs – 17yrs.
Ready to take it to the next level? UA NEXT is for teams and athletes seeking competitive play. Whether you’re a full team looking to compete in a high intensity league, or an individual experienced player wanting to push yourself against top notch athletes, this is where growth and competition collide. Full/Partial teams and friend groups are welcome!
Ages: 13 yrs – 15yrs.
Girls can learn, play, and grow in a fun, supportive all-girls league. Whether new or experienced, players build confidence, friendships, and skills - guided by the Football Canada rulebook. Power up, UA Girls!

This spring, complement your league play with a LEVELS Development Program which leverage targeted training plans for your unique skill set to boost your skills, confidence and league performance! Through these camps and training series, you will watch your athlete's speed, agility, and football IQ improve week by week.

There will be no league play during this period: May 15 - 17 Weekend
Practice + Game: Each session includes a quick practice followed by a game - all in one time slot. No extra trips! Kids warm up, learn skills, then jump right into play.

All divisions follow Football Ontario’s non-contact football roster age guidelines.
Rise Divisions (Intro & House League Level)
• Rise U8 – Birth Years: 2019 / 2020 / 2021
• Rise U10 – Birth Years: 2017 / 2018
• Rise U12 – Birth Years: 2015 / 2016
• Rise U14 – Birth Years: 2013 / 2014
Next Divisions (Rep Development Level)
• Next U12 – Birth Years: 2015 / 2016
• Next U14 – Birth Years: 2013 / 2014
• Next U16 – Birth Years: 2011 / 2012
• Next U18 – Birth Years: 2009/2010
Adult Division
• 18 + recreational and competitive
Girls Divisions
• Girls Senior (Sr) – Birth Years: 2011 / 2012 / 2013
League Format
• Eight game season including playoffs and consolation games
• RISE: 5v5 format on 25 x 50 yd field (Football Canada Rules)
• NEXT/GIRLS: 5v5 format on 25 x 60 field (Football Canada Rules)
• 8-10 player rosters so everyone plays every game
• Team practice will be conducted on gameday – perfect for multi-sport athletes
• Rosters are formed by friend or coach requests; single players are placed on teams with similar schools or neighbourhoods
• All coaches are volunteers
Registration Fees:
Base Registration Fee: $295 + GST
Early Bird Registration Discount: $25 (Ends Jan 15 @ 11:59pm)
Late Registration Charge: $25 (Effective March 15 @ 12:01am)
Siblings receive a $15 discount. The 1st Child is at Full Price with the 2nd and additional children receive the discount. It will be applied automatically within the registration platform.
All refund requests must be submitted by email to your League Commissioner.
• Full refund if requested before uniforms are ordered (4 weeks before kickoff).
• Half refund (50%) if requested after uniforms are ordered but before the first game.
• No refunds after the first game has been played.
Season canceled?
• If canceled before the 4th game: 50% refund.
• If canceled after the 4th game: No refund.
Banking and service fees are non-refundable.
