To create the best possible league experience, athletes from nearby communities will compete together at one central location this fall.

  • Mississauga and Etobicoke athletes will play at Centennial Park (Rob Ford Stadium). 56 Centennial Park Rd, Etobiocke.

This combined format allows for stronger divisions, more balanced competition and a better overall experience for every athlete.

ROOTS Intro To Sports Program for young children

Reimagined for Fall 2026. Where every athlete starts.

ROOTS is our introductory flag football program designed for young athletes taking their first steps in sport. Through fun, play-based sessions, athletes build coordination, confidence, and a love for the game in a supportive environment led by certified coaches and UA Flag Elite mentors.

CO-ED Healthy Competition (House League)

Ages: 5yrs – 13 yrs.

Our flagship signature program offers individual players the chance to learn, play, and grow in a supportive environment. Focused on fun and foundational skills, this program is perfect for players of all experience levels who want to build friendships and enjoy the game. Using the UA RISE rulebook. Players can have one friend request. No full teams or large friend groups.

An all-girls league offering an inclusive environment for players to develop their skills and build confidence. Whether they’re just starting out or already experienced, UA GIRLS creates a space for athletes to shine and grow together. Using the Football Canada rulebook. Friend requests welcome.

Program Time Window:

Games and practices will be scheduled anytime between 2 PM and 8 PM. Your specific time slot will be assigned before the season begins.

We are excited to welcome your family to the combined Mississauga/Etobicoke Fall 2026 league. All sessions will run on Saturday’s at Centennial Park Field in Etobicoke.

Season outline:
    •    Welcome and introduction week:
Saturday, September 12, 2026, at Centennial Park
    •    Regular season:
Saturdays from September 19, 2026 through October31, 2026
    •    Local championship day:
Saturday, November 7, 2026

Venue and time updates:
    •    Sessions on Oct 24, 2026, Oct 31, 2026, and Nov 7, 2026 will be held at Michael Power, directly across the street from Centennial Park.
    •    On Oct 31, 2026, programming will operate between 11:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. in consideration of Halloween. Individual division times will be confirmed in TeamLinkt.
    •    There will be no programming on Saturday, Oct 10, 2026, in observance of Thanksgiving weekend.

All divisions follow Football Ontario’s non-contact football roster age guidelines.

Rise Divisions (Intro & House League Level)
• Rise U10 – Birth Years: 2017 / 2018
• Rise U12 – Birth Years: 2015 / 2016
• Rise U14 – Birth Years: 2013 / 2014

Next Divisions (Rep Development Level)
• Next U12 – Birth Years: 2015 / 2016
• Next U14 – Birth Years: 2013 / 2014
• Next U16 – Birth Years: 2011 / 2012
• Next U18 – Birth Years: 2009 / 2010

Girls Divisions
       •        Girls Junior (Jr) – Birth Years: 2013 / 2014 / 2015
       •        Girls Senior (Sr) – Birth Years: 2009 / 2010 / 2011 / 2012

League Format

• Eight game season including playoffs and consolation games
• RISE: 5v5 format on 25 x 50 yd field (Football Canada Rules)
• NEXT/GIRLS: 5v5 format on 25 x 60 field (Football Canada Rules)
• 8-10 player rosters so everyone plays every game
• Team practice will be conducted on gameday – perfect for multi-sport athletes
• Rosters are formed by friend or coach requests; single players are placed on teams with similar schools or neighbourhoods
• All coaches are volunteers

Registration Fees:

Base Registration Fee: $250 + HST

Early Bird Registration Discount: $25 (Ends June 30 @ 11:59pm)

Late Registration Charge: $25 (Effective August 1 @ 12:00am)

Siblings receive a $15 discount. The 1st Child is at Full Price with the 2nd and additional children receive the discount. It will be applied automatically within the registration platform.

Learn more about how and when we issue refunds

All refund requests must be submitted by email to your League Commissioner
• Full refund if requested before uniforms are ordered (4 weeks before kickoff).
• Half refund (50%) if requested after uniforms are ordered but before the first game.
• No refunds after the first game has been played.‍

Season canceled?
• If canceled before the 4th game: 50% refund.
• If canceled after the 4th game: No refund.‍

Banking and service fees are non-refundable.
