As a Field Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the on-field activities during UAFLAG events. This includes managing team schedules, ensuring games start on time, and troubleshooting any issues that arise during gameplay. You’ll work closely with referees, coaches, and event staff to keep everything running smoothly and ensure that players have a fantastic experience. No prior experience in field management is required, but we are looking for individuals who are natural leaders, excellent communicators, and enjoy working in fast-paced environments.
