Position Overview

Are you ready to coach at the highest level of youth flag football? ELITE Flag Football leagues bring together the top players for provincial and national competitions, where skills, strategy, and teamwork are pushed to the limit. As a volunteer coach, you’ll mentor exceptional athletes, helping them achieve their full potential both on and off the field. This role is ideal for experienced coaches or former players eager to guide the next generation of flag football stars while contributing to the growth of the sport in Canada.

What you'll be doing

  • Design and implement advanced training sessions tailored to elite athletes.
  • Develop game plans and strategies for high-level competition.
  • Provide individualized feedback to help players refine their performance.
  • Represent the ELITE brand with professionalism and passion.
  • Support players’ mental and physical preparation for games and tournaments.
  • Experience We're Looking for

  • A clean background check.
  • Previous coaching or playing experience at a competitive level.
  • Strong understanding of flag football strategy and gameplay.
  • Experience Bonuses (Nice-to-haves)

  • Experience coaching in provincial or national competitions.
  • Expertise in athletic performance, including strength and conditioning.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate elite athletes to reach their potential.
  • CPR or first aid certification.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
