As a Hub Operator, you’ll oversee multiple league tiers, including RISE (developmental), NEXT (competitive), and ELITE (advanced), along with programs like skills combines and tournaments. You’ll leverage our trusted UA FLAG brand and exclusive partnership with Under Armour to attract players, grow your hub, and create meaningful experiences for kids and families.

Your responsibilities will range from recruiting and managing coaches to building relationships with schools and organizations, planning schedules, and driving registrations through effective marketing. With our proven systems, step-by-step playbooks, and personal mentorship from industry experts, you’ll have everything you need to succeed. 1. Multi-League Oversight:

• Manage multiple league tiers: RISE (developmental), NEXT (competitive), and ELITE (advanced).
• Coordinate schedules, draft rosters, and ensure seamless operations across all leagues.

2. Strategic Program Development:

• Expand offerings with UA Pulse programs like development sessions, skills combines, and tournaments.
• Innovate and implement new programs to meet community needs and grow participation.

3. Team Leadership:

• Recruit, train, and manage coaches, referees, and administrative staff across all leagues and programs.
• Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and support within your team.

4. Community Engagement & Recruitment:

• Build relationships with schools, sports organizations, and community leaders to attract players and coaches.
• Act as the face of your hub, representing the UA FLAG brand in community events and outreach initiatives.

5. Marketing & Growth:

• Execute marketing campaigns to drive player registrations and increase brand awareness.
• Utilize UA FLAG’s branding and Under Armour partnership to stand out in the marketplace.

6. Financial Management:

• Monitor financial performance and optimize revenue streams, including registrations, merchandise, and events.
• Plan budgets and reinvest in programs and resources to fuel long-term growth.

7. Operational Excellence:

• Leverage UA FLAG’s systems to streamline daily operations across leagues and programs.
• Ensure all events run smoothly, from game days to skills combines.

8. Player & Parent Experience:

• Maintain high standards of customer service, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive experience for players and families.
